Design Notes
We spent many hours finding the strongest repelling amino acids between α-amylase and 0.19 to improve the attraction between them.
Source
The original 0.19 Wheat albumin came from the PDB and used Pymol and INTAA Server to model and map the amino acid attractions, to make the best amino acid substitution.
